Poem: Bleeding Heart

I saw both of you
She’s carrying your flesh and blood

You chose to let me go
because of my descent

She has charming green eyes
strands and streaks of blonde

A cheater for employment
before she met you

Silky faux leopard toga
No bra; unleavened breasts

An infant named John Doe
shading him from the media spotlight

Laughter storming in
dining at her favourite Italian restaurant

Home at NYC Upper Manhattan
Central Park and Hudson River

I wish you both well
My heart of sincerity

But inside I bleed
for she is the luckiest bitch
